I loved this band ever since hearing them on the Bouncing Babies compilation. When they played in Baltimore, I asked the bass player about the meaning behind the band name and was told something or other about it being the number associated with “a government property” they bought, or something, which evidently doesn’t jibe with the official story thereof.
